Based in Devon, we specialise in supplying construction workers at all levels, hospitality staff, and professional cleaners to businesses that need dependable, ready-to-work staff, whether at short notice or for longer-term requirements.

Our story

K.T Recruitment Devon was founded after seeing the same challenges repeated across construction sites, hotels, venues, and commercial properties:

• businesses struggling to cover shifts at short notice

• workers arriving without the right experience or paperwork

• poor communication once placements had started

We believed recruitment could be done better — with a focus on local knowledge, honest communication, and getting the basics right every time.

Rather than operating remotely or through a call-centre model, we chose to remain Devon-based, allowing us to meet clients and workers in person, visit sites and venues, and build genuine working relationships. We believe recruitment works best when people know who they are dealing with.

What we do

We supply temporary and contract staff across three core sectors:
